Welcome to Slow Life Family Farm! By booking and participating in our cooking experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for everyone.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Guests:
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled experience to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the experience will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by the Farm:
We reserve the right to cancel the experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. If we cancel, even up to 1 hour before the experience, guests will receive a full refund of the total price.
2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By participating in our experience, you accept and understand the following:
Natural Environment Risks:
Our farm is a natural environment that includes gardens, rivers, uneven terrain, and trees. Participation involves risks such as tripping, falling, encountering wildlife, or being exposed to natural hazards (e.g., falling branches or unstable surfaces).
Slow Life Family Farm is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by these natural conditions.
Garden Equipment and Tools:
Guests may use gardening equipment (e.g., pruning shears, shovels) and sharp cooking tools (e.g., knives) as part of the experience.
Guests must handle these tools responsibly and follow all instructions provided by our team.
Any misuse of tools or equipment resulting in injury is the sole responsibility of the guest.
3. Responsibility for Children
Parental Supervision:
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
The farm contains rivers, sharp tools, and other potential hazards. Guests agree that Slow Life Family Farm is not liable for any injuries to children resulting from lack of supervision.
By entering the property, parents assume full responsibility for the safety and behavior of their children.
4. Personal Responsibility and Waiver
By participating in the experience, guests acknowledge and agree:
They are entering a natural environment at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety.
Guests waive any claims against Slow Life Family Farm, its owners, employees, or affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during their visit, whether caused by natural hazards, use of equipment, or other circumstances.
Slow Life Family Farm is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables.
5. Indemnity Clause
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slow Life Family Farm, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Their participation in the experience.
Use of tools, equipment, or facilities.
Failure to adhere to safety instructions or supervision requirements.
6. Medical Emergencies
Slow Life Family Farm does not provide medical services. Guests are responsible for their own medical needs, including first aid or emergency care.
In the event of a medical emergency, guests authorize Slow Life Family Farm to arrange for emergency assistance at the guest’s expense.
7. Force Majeure
Slow Life Family Farm is not liable for cancellations, interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
8. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the farm environment, its staff, and other participants.
Any behavior that endangers others, damages property, or disrupts the experience may result in removal from the premises without refund.
9. Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking and participating in the experience, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Accept full responsibility for your participation, including any risks associated with the natural environment, tools, and equipment.
Release Slow Life Family Farm from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
